Next week as part of Sports Day, we will be running a Big Summer Family Fun Day with a number of stalls including Tombola, Raffle, Food & Drinks and Lucky Dip.
WE NEED YOUR HELP...
With some of our regular helpers not being around without additional support we will not be able run this event.

This would be a real shame as it is one of our bigger events and provides a vital boost to our continued fundraising, with some exciting announcements to be made very soon as to how the money raised over the past year will be being used to support the school and our children in the coming academic year.
ON THE DAY...

If you can help with any of the following please let us know by Thursday 8th June via your class reps or school reception.

• Set up from 12pm
• Run Tombola 12.45pm
• Run Lucky Dip 12.45pm
• Help tidy and Pack away from 4-4.30pm.
• Run BBQ 12.45pm-3pm (2-3 people required, can do shifts)
• Serve drinks 1pm-3pm
Beforehand if you could help us get the BBQ from the Billesdon Cricket Club to school that would also be much appreciated (this will require a van, trailer or truck)

YOU CAN ALSO SUPPORT US BY...
• Buying your raffle ticket from school reception
• Selling raffle tickets to friends and neighbours
• Donating a prize for the tombola
• Donating a prize for the raffle

We do have some big ideas for events next school year and we are also open to suggestions and for others to organise events on our behalf. However these will rely on your continued support and more helpers going forwards.
